Information for Attendees

Event Details:

• Camp Starts: 5:00 PM on Friday, May 30th, 2025

• Check-In: 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM

We kindly ask all participants to plan to arrive by 5:00 PM. In the rare case if you get delayed past 6:30 PM, please inform us at yamunotri@sbusa.org.  So we can prepare for your arrival.

Packing List:

• Families of four will be accommodated in their own room. Other guests will be assigned rooms based on gender. Please pack clothing in separate luggage. Children aged 8 and under may stay with either parent.

• Study materials will be provided by Samskrita Bharati, but feel free to bring any Samskritam books you have, such as अभ्यासपुस्तकम्, भाषाप्रवेशः, सुभाषितसंस्कृतम्, etc. as well as any handouts you have received from Samskrita Bharati.

Additional Items to Bring:

• Refillable water bottle

• Personal medicine (a basic first-aid kit will be available on-site)

• Toiletry essentials (toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, comb, towels, etc.)

• Enough clothing for two days (no laundry facilities available)

• Comfortable, loose clothing for yoga sessions

• Yoga mat

• Notebooks, pens, and pencils
